Before I actually modified my vac sealer, I wrapped the Coppa’s in the UMAi bags and put them in elastic netting.
The coppa’s dried real well up to 40% weight loss.
I didn’t post any pictures as we all know what the finished product looks like.
I have 2 grades of elastic netting, the standard variety and the heavy duty one. Actually they both do the job very well.
