Ohhh… Interesting… Please correct me if I am wrong. By applying the elastic netting on the UMAI bag, as the meat loses weight, the netting tightens up around the copa keeping the UMAI in contact with it at all times??
Also, I am interested on the modification you have made on your VAC Sealer and what is your feeling about it please.
