Cure #2 should be .25% of meat weight so for 2kg it should be 5g. Ruhlman directions/recipes are often inconsistent.
If you used cure #1 already, I wouldn’t add cure #2 because it will double the nitrite content. Using combination of nitrate and nitrite is safer, but often people don’t use either or use celery extracts for those “uncured” meat items that you can see in the supermarkets.
